Lady Gaga – Do What U Want ft. R. Kelly

The new Lady Gaga single ‘Do what you want’ featuring R.Kelly just hit the world population today. The track was produced by Paul “DJ White Shadow” Blair and Queen Gaga herself. She exposed the full link via Twitter this morning. We heard snippets of it on the Best Buy Beats by Dre headphones but we were waiting for the full song as soon as we heard the ad.  No one can stop her from creating provocative music insisting in the chorus to Do What U Want With Her Body.

She also decided to go with provocative art work; she chose an 80’s inspired thong and a platinum blond wig. Time will tell if she will release a provocative video clip in the next weeks. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

Her album ARTPOP has 15 songs that were ‘’inspired by different types of adrenalin, so it’s an expression of the various rushes’’ said Lady Gaga in a recent Interview with Rolling Stone Magazine. The album will be dropped on November 11.

R.Kelly is set to drop his album 12th studio album ‘’Black Panties’’ on December 10. Can’t wait!

Bob Sinclar “Cinderella” (She Said Her Name)

Ouffff, this video is SIZZLING. I mean, the girl is DDG (drop dead gorgeous) and the beat is pretty sick too. Not “World, Hold On” caliber (is it?) in my opinion but not far behind. But there is no doubt that the video definitely helps – multimedia (sorta) saves the day. Bob Sinclar, although he has never been as ubiquitous as his counterpart David Guetta, has a stronger sound. His hits have catches with quality that some artists spend a lifetime pursuing. His talent became known more widely in North America upon his single Love Generation, which if you’re not familiar with I urge you to give it a listen here. Within the same year, his single World, Hold On was release and nominated for a Grammy. Again, you should listen to it here if you haven’t already. The subsequent year, Bob Sinclar released Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now) which topped the charts again, especially in the UK – have a listen here. The next year (2007), Sinclar’s Sound of Freedom became his next hit – listen here. He has had subsequent success with later works, but not to the extent as the ones mentioned above. He kind of fell off my radar, until now, with Cinderella. His music has a consistent quality to it, and Sinclar pulls clear inspiration from Reggae, Raggamuffin and Hip Hop despite his sounds being definitively Electronic (Electro House, French House, Hip House, Dance, House). Bob Sinclar was born in Douarnerez, France (far west coast) under the name of Christophe Le Friant. Although, TBH, if I didn’t know anything about him and simply came upon his music today, I’d be convinced he were South African. Just my 2 cents…

I couldn’t help but hook you guys up with screenshots of the music video. If you didn’t really feel like watching it you might just change you mind after these 🙂

Juicy J ft. Miley Cyrus new “23” song

Miley is everywhere on the Web. Whether naked or twerking, if you haven’t seen the last top Google searches. Miley Cyrus has turned as an “MC”. The young pop songstress is rapping on Juicy J video featuring. She’s wearing the number 23, also known as Michael Jordan famous number. She wears it well and she’s really hot.

Big hip hop fan or not, we have to say it: she needs some flow lessons. She has a lot of work to prove herself as a real MC.  You don’t have to be from Mars to understand, that the twerking thing, joint smoking and all bad ass attitude is marketing plan for a rap culture quest. She has always been queen of pop country rock, but she hasn’t convinced the Rnb/Hip hop culture yet, a new music niche that she needs to conquest. Good luck to her and her team. And, it’s clever, we can’t say otherwise.

She’s so not done trying splash her face all over the Internet, she started a clash with Sinead O’connor no later than yesterday and she’s  all nake, again!

Watch this. I thought this blog was about music and not all tabloid.
